Rates

Studios A & B

$85 per hour, two-hour minimum. By direct inquiry only.

Studio C · Hourly

$50 per hour, two-hour minimum.

Studio C · 6-Hour Block

$150. Six consecutive hours on a single day. Cannot be split.

Studio C · 12-Hour Block

$250. Twelve consecutive hours on a single day. Cannot be split.

Start Time

The time you book is the time your session starts. Not the time you arrive.

If you book a 6 PM session and arrive at 7 PM, you have lost the first hour. The clock began at 6 PM. We don't extend sessions to make up for late arrivals.

Payment

All sessions are paid in full at the time of booking. We don't take half-deposits, day-of payment, or "I'll Venmo you when I get there."

Studio C bookings are processed automatically through our site at checkout. Studio A and B bookings are invoiced after the inquiry is confirmed and must be paid before the session is held on the calendar.

Identification

Every booking requires identity verification through Stripe Identity. At checkout, you'll be redirected to Stripe's secure verification flow to upload a photo of a valid government-issued ID (driver's license, passport, state ID, military ID) and a quick selfie. Stripe verifies the ID is authentic and matches you.

The name on your ID must match the name on the booking. You must be 18 or older to book.

This protects the studio and our gear, and it keeps your personal information safe · your ID is held by Stripe, not by us. We only receive confirmation that you passed verification.

Bookings that fail verification can be retried. Bookings unverified within 24 hours of submission are cancelled and refunded.

Studio Use Agreement

Before any Studio C booking is confirmed, you electronically sign the Studio Use Agreement at checkout. The agreement covers the policies on this page in short form, plus your acknowledgement of the gear in the room and your responsibility for damage.

The signature is binding under the federal ESIGN Act and Hawaii Uniform Electronic Transactions Act. A signed PDF copy is emailed to you with your booking confirmation.

Studio A and B clients sign the same agreement before their invoiced session goes on the calendar.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• More than 24 hours before your session: full refund or free reschedule.
• Less than 24 hours before your session: no refund.
• No-show: full session forfeited.

Block Sessions

Six-hour and twelve-hour blocks for Studio C are a discount on consecutive time, not a credit balance. They cannot be split into smaller sessions across multiple days.

Example: a 12-hour block is one 12-hour day, not three 4-hour days. If you don't use all the time, the remaining hours don't roll over.

Conduct

• No smoking anywhere on the premises.
• No pets in the studios.
• Outside food and drink are fine in the lounge · not in the recording rooms.
• Damage to equipment is billable at replacement cost.
• We reserve the right to end any session for behavior that puts the rooms, gear, or other clients at risk. No refund in that case.

What's Included

• The room and all listed gear.
• Wi-Fi.
• AC.
• A blank session in FL Studio (or your DAW of choice · bring a session file).

What's Not Included

• Engineer (Studio C is self-operated).
• Mix or master delivery (separate service).
• Stems, exports, or post-session file delivery (your responsibility before you leave the room).
• Storage of project files after your session ends.

Owner Discretion

The owner reserves the right to refuse service or cancel a booking at any time. In that case, you receive a full refund.
